Welcome to ReferBee, a product of Vyavsaay Digiworld Private Limited. By using this app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
  • Users must provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, email, KYC documents) when signing up.

2. Referrer & Referee

  • Referrer: The user sharing a referral.
  • Referee: The user who receives the referral and avails the service.

3. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials, including your 4-digit PIN.
  • Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • Do not misuse the app, attempt fraud, or submit false information.
  • Vyavsaay Digiworld Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, logos, and software are owned by Vyavsaay Digiworld Private Limited.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without written permission.

6. Liability

  • ReferBee is not liable for services availed via referrals or disputes between Referrer and Referee.
  • Referrer earnings depend on the net amount received from the Referee’s completed service.

7. Amendments

  • Terms may be updated, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of changes.

  • These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
